Maintaining Scheduling Contracts

Background

Used to main the contract set up for schedulers/clients per product/s.


Before you begin

Navigating to Contracts

  1. Select tool and then Admin.



  2. Select Scheduling company access and the select Schedule invoicing



  3. Contracts button will appear on the bottom left, click it.



  4. List of schedulers/companies will then appear.



  5. You can then select a specific scheduler/company to see their current contract.



  6. Editing/Updating specific field/s needed, you can click on the row that needs to be changed (There will be a pencil symbol on the row that is being edited as well as a cursor to show which field is being edited.



  7. To save the changes, click away from the tab so the pencil symbol is gone and there is no cursor and it will save/update automatically.



  8. You may also print the document if required by selecting the print button and a window containing the specific information will then open.
