- What is Schedule Requests?
- Sending out a request to an authorised team member to produce schedules.
- Users can request to their management to receive additional annual leave.
- Allowing you to request authorisation actions on schedules for which you don't have sufficient authority.
- What action is required from the requester from their side?
- User has to acknowledge an approve or declined outcome, or withdrawing an outstanding outcome.
- No action is further required once sent to the authoriser.
- Send an email to the authorisers to remind them of the requests.
- What happens when authorisers ignore the request?
- It will remain visible for authorisers to view, the last authoriser must either approve to decline the request.
- The request will automatically be approved and returned to original requester.
- The request will be closed and removed from users view.
- What action must be taken to initiate the request?
- Selecting 'Factory Schedules' in the drop down.
- Selecting 'Group Schedules' in the drop down.
- Selecting 'Mark Schedules Completed' in the drop down.
