  1. For the authoriser, how can we monitor outstanding requests?
    1. Checking email inboxes for any notifications.
    2. Checking the requests option on Scheduler.
    3. Reaching out to team members for verbal confirmation.

  2. What is Schedule Requests?
    1. Sending out a request to an authorised team member to produce schedules.
    2. Users can request to their management to receive additional annual leave.
    3. Allowing you to request authorisation actions on schedules for which you don't have sufficient authority.

  3. What action is required from the requester from their side?
    1. User has to acknowledge an approve or declined outcome, or withdrawing an outstanding outcome.
    2. No action is further required once sent to the authoriser.
    3. Send an email to the authorisers to remind them of the requests.

  4. What happens when authorisers ignore the request?
    1. It will remain visible for authorisers to view, the last authoriser must either approve to decline the request.
    2. The request will automatically be approved and returned to original requester.
    3. The request will be closed and removed from users view.

  5. What action must be taken to initiate the request?
    1. Selecting 'Factory Schedules' in the drop down.
    2. Selecting 'Group Schedules' in the drop down.
    3. Selecting 'Mark Schedules Completed' in the drop down.
