Enrolment for Self Service

Background

This knowledge-based article will provide instructions on how to log into the Bitberry Self-Service Portal for the first time. 

Before you begin

• Ensure you have the Elda Account.

Steps to follow

1. Using any browser navigate to the Bitberry Self Service Portal  ( https://sspr.elda.com.au  ).

2. Enter the Email and Password provided to you by the Bitberry Team. 
   
   
   
3. Reset the password by providing a new password.
   
   
   
   

   If successful, you will receive the following prompt.

   

    

   
   

    

4. You will be presented with the Welcome page. Click on “Click Here” to proceed.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   

5. Click "Continue" to enroll in Duo Security. Open the Duo Mobile app and enter the provided code.
