Background
This article will provide step-by-step instructions on how to download and install Duo Mobile on your mobile device.
Before you begin
- Ensure you have completed the initial steps on the Bitberry Self-Service Portal.
Steps to follow
- If this is the user's first time enrolling in Duo, the enrollment wizard will start. Click “Get started” to proceed.
- Select the Duo Mobile Option from the Login Options.
- Type in your mobile number and click on Continue.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be asked to confirm the number before proceeding.
- Ensure you have installed the Duo Mobile Mobile App on your device by the end of Step 03.
PLEASE NOTE: Search for Duo Mobile in the AppStore on your mobile device. If the app is installed, you'll see an "Open" button. If the app is not installed, you'll see a "Get" button on the right.
- Open the Duo App on your mobile device and click on the Continue button.
- Click on the Use a QR Code button on the Duo App on your mobile device.

Once mobile app is installed and ready for QR Scan, click on Next on the Bitberry Self-Service Portal on your Browser to continue to the next step. .

Scan the QR code inside the Duo Mobile app to add your account.

Once scanned, the dialogue will update to show “Added Duo Mobile”.
Click on Continue. - Click I don't want to add more devices if asked to add an extra login device. Adding more devices is optional but prevents lockouts.

Enrolment to Duo is now complete, click on “Log in with Duo”
PLEASE NOTE: You will be prompted to provide the authentication code, type this into your Duo Mobile client to proceed. You should then be presented with your ELDA applications. -
You should then be prompted that the enrolment has been completed. You can close the web page to https://sspr.elda.com.au at this point.
