Working with Mesh Batch Sizes in Elda

Background

This guide provides a step-by-step process to manage mesh production batches in Elda effectively. Ensure you have your pack size and sheets in full-run setup ready before starting

Before You Begin

  • Ensure you are logged into Elda(Chrome).  See our article Log in to an Elda Database for more.
  • Ensure you have access to the Bundles Tags app in the Elda(Chrome) Folder. See our article Getting Started with Bundle Tags for more.
  • Ensure your MESH CODE is already available in Bundle Tag before going through this article.
  • Ensure you have opened  Bundle Tags.

 

Steps to Follow

  1. Fill in the Source Target Sites, and Products. Elda will automatically update the pack size of the selected Mesh Product. 
    Example Mesh Details:  Pack Size: 30 and Sheets Full Run: 240.

  2. Fill in the Sheets required as 60 and click on the Add Product to Batch button. Elda will update the below table with two tag details.

  3. Click on the Save Batch button. Elda will display a success popup "Mesh Production Batch Saved!". Click on the OK button from the popup

  4. Click on the Commit Batch button. Elda will display a success popup "Mesh Production Batch Status Updated!". Click on the OK button from the popupstep 04.png
  5. Click Yes or No from the Create BOM items for this batch now? popup as required.




  6. Click on the Preview Tags checkbox and then click on Print Tags. Elda will display the tags created on the print view
