How to Update Custom Fields on Signature 365

Overview

In Outlook, you can personalize your Signature 365 for email messages. A few custom fields are available to modify according to your preferences. If you leave them empty, default values will be added to your signature.

Steps to follow

  1. Open a new email message.

  2. On the Message menu, select ... > Signature 365.

    Depending on the size of your Outlook window and whether you're composing a new email message or a reply or forward, the Message menu and the Signature button might be in two different locations.

    Under the Include flyout menu.


    Or under the Include section of the ribbon.



  3. Once you click on the Signature icon, it will pop up a Tab inside the email

     

  4. Click on the Details Tab, and it will show you the Customized option that you can modify. Make sure to click on Save once you modify the values.

    NOTE: If you update the values, your signature will look like this. 

       

         

    NOTE: If you leave the values empty, the signature will show you the default values assigned to your signature.
