A basic guide on how to set up Citrix Workspace for remote work with Elda.
Instructions
Citrix Workspace/Chrome step-by-step guide:
- First, you will need to download Citrix Workspace from this link:
- Workspace Download (for Windows 10)
- Workspace Download (for Windows 7)
- Once downloaded, follow through the setup prompts.
- When the setup is complete, click the “Add Account” Button.
- Once in the Add Account tab, please enter the address provided, then click “Continue”:
- The only account we support is Citrix so please copy and paste this account and then click.

- Once this account has been added, please enter the login credentials provided by the Bitberry team.
a. Make sure to use your email address. Then click on the Next button.
b. Use the password the Bitberry team has provided and then click on the Login button.
c. Once you provide the password, you will be prompted with an authentication code that you need to approve on your phone's DUO Authenticator app. - On your first login, you will not have any apps saved to your Citrix Workspace's HOME screen. Please click on the APPS button to see all the apps you have.
- When the required apps (Eg. Scheduler, Estimates, Login) are added, please make sure to log in to our Elda system.
- Once the login screen appears, please type in your Elda username, password and select your company from the Database drop down list
From here you can now access our Elda system through Citrix Workspace.
