  1. What do you do to get started for Estimator
    1. Find your required Schedule.
    2. Find an Estimate that has been converted to a Job.
    3. Find an Estimate that is yet to be converted to a Job.

  2. When making a new variation, how many can you have per estimate section?
    1. Only one.
    2. As many as you need.
    3. Up to three.

  3. What happens when you enter the variation amount to required sundries?
    1. The variation value will automatically be calculated.
    2. A pop-up will appear to manually enter the new value.
    3. The variation amount is applied to all future sundries.

  4. What is the purpose of negative variations?
    1. An order has been cancelled and materials are being returned.
    2. Removing items from the order.
    3. When a job has been redesigned and doesn't require excess materials.

  5. How do you select an item to apply a variation in the system?
    1. Double-click the item line to automatically apply a variation.
    2. Within the Var.Price column, enter the new price to apply the variation.
    3. Tick the item you wish to do a variation on, within the ‘Var.Item’ column.
