1. How do you activate or deactivate a Sundry Line item?
   1. Right-click and select Activate/De-Activate
   2. Change the status in the reports tab
   3. Find the deleted column and either tick or untick the checkbox.
       
2. What happens when you try to reactivate the Sundry?
   1. This will open up a window notifying you that this is now Active.
   2. Management is notified for approval.
   3. This will open the Reprice Product Window, enter the new price and select reprice.
       
3. What happens when you deactivate a Sundry line?
   1. This will appear in a different tab listing all other deactivated items.
   2. The Sundry is deleted from the system.
   3. The Sundry line will be hidden from the screen but remains available when 'Show Deleted' is ticked.
       
4. In the examples, what product code did they use as an example?
   1. TH850
   2. ZB500
   3. ZA000
       
5. Where do you need to go to locate the price change?
   1. Product Types Tab
   2. Product Replacement Tab
   3. Mesh and Sundry Pricing Tab
