How to Sign to Citrix to Access Reosteel using Duo Mobile

A basic guide on how to set up Citrix Workspace for remote work with Elda using  Duo Authenticator.

Instructions

Citrix Workspace/Chrome step-by-step guide:

1. First, you will need to download Citrix Workspace from this link:
   • Workspace Download (for Windows 10)
   • Workspace Download (for Windows 7)
2. Once downloaded, follow the setup prompts.
3. When the setup is complete, click the “Add Account” Button.
   
    
4. Once in the Add Account tab, please enter the address provided, then click “Continue”:
   • The only account we support is Citrix, so please copy and paste this account and then click Continue:  apps.elda.com.au
     
     
      
5. Once this account has been added, please enter the login credentials provided by the Bitberry team.
   a.  Make sure to use your ReoSteel email address. 
   
   
   
   b. Use the Citrix password.
   
   
   
   c. Once you provide the password, you will be prompted with an authentication code that you need to approve on your phone's DUO Authenticator app.
   
   
6. On your first login, you will not have any apps saved to your Citrix Receiver home screen. You will need to click on the star icons under the APPS section.
   
   
    
7. When the required apps (Eg, Scheduler, Estimates, Login) are added, please make sure to log in to our ReoSteel  Elda system.
   
    
8. Once the login screen appears, please type in your ReoSteel Elda username, password
   
     
    
9. From here, you can now access our ReoSteel Elda system through Citrix Workspace.
