Download Process Monitor

Background

Process Monitor is available at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon

Steps to take

1. Browse to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon
   
2. Click the Download Process Monitor link
   In this example, file ProcessMonitor.zip is downloaded
   
3. Locate the download of Process Monitor
   In this example, ProcessMonitor.zip is in my Downloads folder
   
4. Right-click the download of Process Monitor and click Extract All...
   
5. Extract Compressed (Zipped) Folders opens
   
6. Browse or enter a location where the files will be extracted to
7. Click Extract
8. When extraction is complete, a new Explorer window opens showing the extracted files
