Before you begin

• Ensure you are logged into the Elda (Chrome) Manifests application. If you don't see Manifests in your available Elda (Chrome) shortcuts, you may need to request access to it. Please see our article on how to Request Access to an Elda Application.
• Ensure you have permissions to create new manifests
   

Steps to follow

Accessing the Quick Build option

Click on the Manifest button and then select Quick Build from the menu options.

On opening the form it will display the carriers marked as quick build.

The purpose of this function is to allow users to save a list of commonly used carriers which can be accessed later when creating manifests.

Method 1: Add using the freight builder form.

1. Click on the "Add new carrier" button at the bottom left, which will bring up the freight builder form.
   Fill in the details and click "Save" to add the carrier to the quick build list.
   
    

Method 2: Select from a list of existing carriers that have been used in previous manifests

1.  Click on the "All Carriers" option.
    

2. Select the carriers required. Multiple carriers can be selected using Ctrl + mouse click or Shift + mouse click.
   After selecting the carriers, right click and select  "Add to quick build list". 

   
    

   They will now be marked as quick build.
   
    

   Going back to the "Quick Build Carriers" option will show the newly added carriers.
   

Creating manifests

1. Select the carriers you wish to create manifests for.
2. Click on the  "Create manifests for the selected" option.

3. Select a dispatch time and Click OK.
   

   Manifests will be created for all the selected carriers
