Schedule Tag Details

Overview

The Schedule Details form displays machine assignments for tags and provides access to manipulate the tags prior to printing.

 

Using the Schedule Details form you can:

  • Print some or all tags for the schedule
  • Split larger tags into smaller ones
  • View Tag audit details
  • Reset tag print statuses (with suitable permissions)

Accessing the Schedule Tag Details

From the bundle tag  main screen, double click the row header button for the schedule that you wish to display the details for:

 

The schedule details form will be displayed:

 

 

Using the Schedule Details form

The form is based on a tree view display where details are accessed by clicking on the plus and minus symbols to collapse or expand the details displayed:

 

 

Selection of tags to process can be done by either:

  • Setting the checkbox next to each tag required
  • Selecting an individual tag by clicking it with the mouse

A right click sub menu is provided to access various functions associated with the selection:

The purpose of each menu item is discussed here:

  • Tags - This menu contains three sub items depending on the scope of the changes that you require.

    All items in the Tags menu have the same sub items:



    The ability to display a tag summary or print the relevant tags.
     
    • All Tags - The processes will affect all tags for the schedule
    • Selected Tags - The processes will affect only the tag and the child tags attached to to
      • Selecting a device will affect all bundle tags and item tags assigned to the device
      • Selecting a bundle tag will affect only the item tags that belong to that bundle tag
      • Selecting an Item Tags - Only that tag will be affected
    • Checked Tags - The processes will affect all tags that have a checkbox ticked.
      • Checking a device tag will check all child items for that device.
      • Unchecking a device will uncheck all child items of the device
      • Checking a bundle tag will check all items for that bundle tag and the device if it is not already checked. If the device check is changed other bundle tags for the device will not have their check status changed.
      • Un-checking a bundle tag will uncheck all items for that bundle tag
  • Move/Insert Move Item (Applies only to a single selected tag)
    Use this function to move a tag between devices. After selecting move, select the required device and use the right click "Insert Move Item" function to shift the item tag.
  • Enable click move (Also available by clicking the Click Move button at bottom of form)
    This activates a mouse based move cycle. Instructions will appear next to the click move button at the bottom of the form. 

    This works in a cycle. Click a item tag, then a bundle tag item to move the tag to that bundle.

    To cancel the function use the right click "Disable Click Move" function or press the "Stop Click Move" button at the bottom of the form
  • Expand All - Expands all tree items with child items
  • Collapse All - Collapses all tree items 

Form Buttons

At the bottom of the form are several buttons 

  • Print Checked Tags - This button is a shortcut to the right click menu Tags | Checked Tags | Print Tags
    This function will print the tags that have a tick in the checkbox against them. 

    If the tag has already been printed, a form will display advising which tags have already been printed.




    You may choose to:
     
    • Cancel - This cancels the request and allows you to try with a different selection
    • Print - This will print any tags selected that have not already been printed. If there are non a message will appear advising same.

    • Enter a reason for the reprint - Minimum 25 characters (If you have permissions to reprint tags) 

      Once entered this will enable the Re-print Tags button. Clicking this will print all tags in the selection whether they have been printed or not.
  • Print Schedule - This will print the Schedule selected. No tags will be printed during this process.
  • Click Move - As described above

Splitting Bar Tags

When selecting a bar tag item, details of the bar item will be displayed in a panel on the right hand side of the form:

At the bottom of this panel is a function to split the selected tag if required.

Use the Up/Down buttons to enter the number of splits to perform on the tag. As this changes, new summary information such as number of bars and weight will be calculated.

Once satisfied with the results, press "Split" to perform the tag split
