How to Access Cross-Tenant Power BI Reports

Access the Power BI Reports in a different company when you have access to them.

Before you begin

• Log in to Power BI using your company account
   

Steps to follow

1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of Power BI.
2. Select Switch organization (may also appear as Switch directory or Switch tenant).
3. Choose the company/tenant where the report is hosted.
4. After the page refreshes, access the report the same way you normally do:
   • Apps (if the report is published as an app), or 
   • Workspaces (if you have workspace access), or 
   • Shared with me (if it was shared directly).
5. To return to your own company’s Power BI, repeat steps 1–3 and switch back to your home tenant.
