Background
The EDI Vendor Setup tool allows to view vendors and mark them to be available for use in EDI transfers.
Before you begin
- Ensure that you have permissions to access the EDI system in Scheduler.
Mark vendors for EDI
1. Open the EDI transfer windows. See steps here: EDI Transfers in Scheduler.
2. Click on the Vendors Setup button located at the bottom of the window.
3. Right click on the Vendor you require for EDI and click on the option to add to the EDI vendor list.
4. The vendor will now display on the grid at the top. If required you can update the Address or Email details.
Where to from here
- When the vendor is added to the EDI vendors list, it will automatically add the relevant vendor items. To manage the vendor items see article: Updating Supplier Price Lists using EDI Transfer
