When a machine is undergoing maintenance, the user can set the scanner to Downtime mode to record the maintenance period. Once the maintenance is completed, you must exit the scanner's maintenance mode to use the scanner again.
Getting Started
Log in to the scanner.
When you attempt to scan or touch on the Tabs, a message will appear on the home screen.
When you see this message, please touch the Maintenance Tab.
- Touch on Finish Downtime and it will pop up a dialog box.
- Team Leaders need to scan their employee ID and click submit. This action will take the scanner out of maintenance mode, allowing normal use.
