To start a downtime, touch the Maintenance tab on the main screen to bring up the downtime methods. ("Begin Downtime" or "Record Downtime")

Situation 1

Begin Downtime (If Required at Present)

1. Tap “Begin Downtime” to open the downtime window

    

   

    

2. Select a reason from the drop-down menu in the "Begin Downtime" window (highlighted in the image below), then tap "Submit."

    

   

    

   

    

3. To complete downtime, select “Finish Downtime”, verify the updated data in the highlighted section, and then return to the “Home” tab to continue work.

Situation 2

Record Downtime (If Applicable in Past or Future)

1. Tap “Record Downtime” to open the downtime window

    

   

    

2. Select a reason from the drop-down menu, then enter the date, time, and minutes in the “Record Downtime” window (highlighted in the image below), and tap “Submit.”

    

   

    

   

3. After completion, verify the updated data in the highlighted section, then return to the “Home” tab and tap “Begin Work” to continue working.
