Duo For GP Access

Background

This article will provide step-by-step instructions on how to download and install Duo Mobile on your mobile device and set it up to access GP server 

Before you begin

• Ensure you have installed the Duo Mobile App on your mobile.
  
  PLEASE NOTE: Search for Duo Mobile in the AppStore on your mobile device. If the app is installed, you'll see an "Open" button. If the app is not installed, you'll see a "Get" button on the right.
  

Steps to follow

1. GO to this LINK to enroll for Duo
2. Use your Company Email to enroll. Click on "Next"
   
   
    
3. This will redirect you to your Company Entra Portal. Use your Company email and password to log in.
   
    
4. Once you log in. It will redirect you to this page.
   
    
5. Go back to the original LINK again.
    
6. Type your company email again and click next.
   
   
    
7. This window will pop up and you can click on "Get Started" now
   
    
8. Select the Duo Mobile option.
   
   
   
    
9. Type in your mobile number and click on Continue. 
   PLEASE NOTE: You will be asked to confirm the number before proceeding.
   
   
   
   NOTE: Please make sure to tick this option before continuing.
   
   
    
10. Open the Duo App on your mobile device and click on the Continue button. 
    
    
     
11. Click on the Use a QR Code button on the Duo App on your mobile device.
    
    
     
12. Once mobile app is installed and ready for QR Scan, click on Next on the Bitberry Self-Service Portal on your Browser to continue to the next step. . 
    
    
    
     
13. Scan the QR code inside the Duo Mobile app to add your account. 
    Please Note: Do not scan the QR code below. 
    
    
    
     
14. Once scanned, the dialogue will update to show “Added Duo Mobile”.
    Click on Continue.
    
    
    
    
     
15. Click I don't want to add more devices if asked to add an extra login device. Adding more devices is optional, but it prevents lockouts.
    
     

16. Enrollment in Duo is now complete. Click on “Log in with Duo”
    
    
    PLEASE NOTE:  You will be prompted to provide the authentication code. Type this into your Duo Mobile client to proceed. 
     

    NOTE: When you log in to the GP server next time, you will see a prompt like the one below and receive a notification on your mobile. Please enter the 3-digit number on your phone and approve to log in to the GP server.
