Setting an image for a Sundry Product

Before you begin

• Ensure you are logged into the Elda (Chrome) Products application. See our article Getting Started with Products for more on accessing the Products module.

Steps to follow:

1. This process allows users to add an image to both existing and newly created sundry products.

2. Navigate to the sundries tab

   

    

3. To check if the product has an image already uploaded in the bottom left hand corner select “show image preview”

   

    

4. An image preview box will appear and from here you can determine if a new image is to be uploaded or if the one already provided is suffice.
5. If it is determined that a new image is to be set, locate your image you wish to use. 
6. This can be sourced from the supplier or the person requesting the new product set up.

7. Once saved in an easy to find location select “set image” in the bottom left hand side corner.

   

8. A pop up screen will appear and the steps are to be followed

   

9. By selecting image properties (CTRL+E) amend the image as follows;
   • Units = Pixel
   • Width =218 x Height = 201
   • Click ok

11. With the new image select all and copy the image

12. Navigate back to the products application and select paste and then confirm

    

13. Your image will than appear in the image preview
