Background
This Knowledge Base Article provides steps on how to investigate movements of tags between machines and who has actioned those moves.
Before You Begin
- Ensure you are logged into Elda(Chrome). See our article Log in to an Elda Database for more.
- Ensure you are logged into the Elda(Chrome) Cut Optimise Application.
Steps to Follow
-
First you will need to know the Manifest/Schedule that the tag in question belongs to, normally it is easier to do this with the schedule number. So step one filter for that schedule number, by going into the schedule tab and putting the schedule number into "Scan Tag/Schedule" box. Hit Refresh. You may have to use the "Show all forward" option depending on your look forward options.
-
Once you have found the schedule you will need to get the system to calculate all the machines allocated to that schedule and its rebar tags, you can do this using "F5". This will refresh the machine list.*
*Note: If the work is allocated to the wrong site you will need "All Sites" selected on the top right hand side.
-
Once the machine is selected you will be shown the material types of that schedule the machine in question, you can now click on the material type which will bring up the tags for that schedule that are allocated to that machine in that diameter. You may need to use the "Cut Sheet" and "Tags Printed" filters if the tags are on cut sheets already or have been printed.
-
Once you have the tag selected you can now right click and view "Device Movement Audit Logs".
- Once you have selected this it will give you a full history of who or which process has moved the logs.
