Creating a New Estimate

Before you begin

• Ensure you have access to Estimates.  If you don't see Estimates in your available Elda (Chrome) shortcuts, you may need to request access to it.  
• Please see our article on how to Request access to an Elda Application.

Steps to follow

1. Open your Estimates application and close both the estimates follow up screen and then the find estimates screen.

    

2. In the top left hand side select the new button.

   

    

3. A pop up will appear with blank fields for you to complete.

   

    

4. Ensure that the correct site is chosen in the top right corner.

   

    

5. Complete all of the fields with an Asterix (*), and then any other relevant fields.

   

    

6. Select the Estimate Note/Delivery Fees tab across the top.

   

    

7. Here is where you nominate project specifications that will generate on each estimate.  Some fields will already be completed that are generic across every estimate.

   

This is also where you will complete the delivery fees method and nominate the value.  Once completed click save.

You now have your estimate template.
