Review delivery date changes and surcharges

Background

The delivery date change surcharge system allows a surcharge to be added to a delivery when the delivery date is changed after the customer has already been notified.

This is one aspect of the delivery date change surcharge system.

Before you begin

• The delivery date change surcharge system is enabled
• Permission M1003 - Can Decide On Delivery Date Change Surcharge.
• Ensure you are logged into the Elda (Chrome) Manifests application. Please see our article Request Access to an Elda Application for more.

Steps to take

1. Right-click on the manifest for which you wish to review delivery date changes and surcharges and select Delivery Date Changes and Surcharges

   
    

2. The Delivery Date Changes and Surcharges window opens

   
    

3. If you have correct permissions, you will be able to override the surcharge value.
