Issue

Attempting to log in to Oova, you may be met with a notice of Login Failed.

Causes

Below are the known causes 

No internet connection

Missing company 

A simple cause may be the company may not be present.

Solutions

No internet connection

1. Open Safari
2. Open a new tab
3. Search for something
4. If Safari reports the page can't be opened because your iPhone is not connected to the internet, it is almost certainly no internet connection will be the cause
   
5. If the search returns something, it is unlikely internet connection will be the cause
    

Missing company

1. Enter a username as companyname\username. For example, bestbar\warrenhall
2. Enter the password for the username
3. Tap Login
4. If you get further than before and land on the Deliveries page, it's likely missing the company name was the issue
