Background
The pricing tools allow you to adjust and/or manage prices of items and apply the changes across multiple price matrixes, if needed.
Before you begin
- Ensure you are logged into the Elda (Chrome) Products application. See our article Getting Started with Products for more on accessing the Products module.
- Ensure you are in the Products Pricing tab.
Steps to follow
By default, the Products Pricing tab will load the most recent Price Matrix. See our article Product Pricing for more on this.
Adjusting prices
- Select the items to adjust the prices for.
- To select continuous items, click on the first row and while holding down the Shift key on your keyboard, click on the row of the last item.
- To select multiple items that are not next to each other, press the Ctrl key on your keyboard and click on the rows for inclusion in your selection.
- To select continuous items, click on the first row and while holding down the Shift key on your keyboard, click on the row of the last item.
- Once the items are selected, right-click and choose from the options. To adjust the price and apply the same across multiple matrices, select Adjust across Matrixes.
The items selected in the previous step will then be displayed along with all the available pricing matrixes in the system.
All the pricing matrixes that have the item(s) selected will be displayed. However, no changes can be made on matrixes that have open jobs associated with them. These are marked as locked on the price matrix name.
To exclude locked matrixes, tick Hide Locked Matrixes.

Comparing Price of Items Across Multiple Matrixes
To get pricing difference in dollars, dollars per tonne and download the details into an Excel file.
- Click on Edit Matrixes.
- Select the matrixes you want to compare. Right-click then choose Compare Matrix Pricing.
- Search the item you want to compare prices for in the matrixes selected.
The filter can be utilized to further whittle down the search result.
