Review Loaded Heats Dashboard Report

Background

This Knowledge Base Article provides information needed to review the Loaded Heats report in the Dashboard Report section of ChromeInventory.

Before You Begin

• Ensure you are logged into Elda(Chrome).  See our article Log in to an Elda Database for more.
• Ensure you access the ChromeInventory app in Elda(Chrome) Folder. See our article Getting Started with ChromeInventory for more.

Steps to Follow

1. Click on the Dashboard Reports button to access the reports. This will open the Dashboard Reports page.
   
   
2. Click Loaded Heats from the drop-down menu.
   
   The Loaded Heats report displays the available data for the date range selected. Adjust the dates as needed.
   
   PLEASE NOTE: Dates selected on any of the dashboard reports shall be the default dates when you open a different report module.
   
   
3. The Loaded Heats report contains the following details:
   

   Column Name	Description
   ProductionLine	Details of the Production Line.
   HeatID	Heat identifier.
   Loaded	Date loaded.
   Unloaded	Date unloaded.
   OriginalProduct	Product's code from the supplier.
   Bars	Quantity of bars for the item.
   Product	Product identifier code.
   Rolled	Date rolled.
   Received	Date the load was received.
