How to Access Microsoft Teams (client)


This knowledge base article provides steps to access Microsoft Teams using the client.

Before You Begin

  • Ensure you have an Office 365 account.
  • You have installed Microsoft Teams on your computer. See our article How to Install Microsoft Office if you don't have Teams.

Steps to follow

  1. Launch the Microsoft Teams app.  You can either use the Windows search bar or click on Start, then choose Microsoft Teams.

  2. Login with your Office 365 credentials.

  3. You can now use Microsoft Teams to call, chat, schedule a meeting, etc.
