Open Windows PowerShell

Steps to take

1. Click the Start Menu
2. Simply begin typing powershell
   Windows will begin searching for related apps, settings, people, and so on
   After typing a sufficient portion of powershell, Windows will determine Windows PowerShell to be the best match
   

   
   

3. Select Windows PowerShell
4. Windows PowerShell will open
