Logging into Oova

Background 

This Knowledge Base Article will provide instructions on how to log in to the New Oova App. 

Before You Begin

• Ensure to create a Thimble account. See our article Creating a Thimbl Account - Customer for more.
• Ensure that If you are an existing user that is migrating from the previous Oova App you might find these changes when Login into Oova.
  
  

Steps to Follow

1. Locate and select the Oova  App Icon on your device.
   
   
   
2. This will load the log-in page
   
   
   
3. Enter the  Login Details in order.
   1. Enter your Company Name inside the Company Field.
   2. Enter Your Username inside the Username Field.
   3. Enter Your Password inside the  Password Field.
      
      PLEASE NOTE: Click on the Remember Me check box so your credentials will be available in the next login.
      
4. Select Login
   
   
   
   Once you are logged in to Oova, you will be diverted to the  My Jobs page.
