Solution for Black Screen Issue When Trying to Take Photos from Oova?

This issue can arise when trying to take a photo from the camera while on the Oova app. The camera would appear blacked out as shown in the second screenshot below.  It happens when Oova is not given permission to use the camera.  

Steps to Take

The fix would be to allow Camera permissions for the Oova App.

1. Open the Settings app on the phone

2. Navigate to Privacy Settings.  

3. Navigate to the Camera option.  

4. Enable the camera permission for Oova by pressing the toggle button On.
