Adding Internal Notes with the Comments Tab
1. Select the Comments tab under the Schedule Details section,
2. Click on the Note column and enter the note.
3. Then select the note priority from the drop-down option in the priority column(High, Medium and Low).
4. You can also assign a Follow Up date for the note, as well as assign the note to another user to action. Once actioned enter a finalised date by clicking on the corresponding columns and choosing from the drop down options.
OR
Action a follow up within the Diary System, by right clicking the selected schedule.
5. Press the Save Changes button to save the office notes.
If you generate a quote from the schedule and email it to the customer, the system will automatically populate a quotation for follow up note with the comments tab, which will email you a reminder on the follow up date to contact the customer to follow up the quote sent.
Adding Customer Notes
1. In the Comments tab under the Schedule Details section, under Customer Notes, enter the customer notes into the textbox.
2. Press the Save Changes button to save the customer notes.
