Assigning Job Account Pricing & Discounts

Updating Rebar Stock Pricing

1. Within the scheduler interface, select the Jobs button and select Job Details from the menu.

2. The job details will display, select the pricing/discounts tab

3. Enter the required per tonne rate for stock in the text box provided

If you enter a rate lower, then your set permissions. You will be notified of your discount rate. Select OK. The system will then prompt to enter a comment for your price change request.

 Once you have entered your comment, select OK this will send an email notification to a manager with the appropriate permissions to approve your request.

Assigning Rebar Products to a Stock Price

1. Press the ... button next to the Price P/T Stock textbox to open the default stock form for the selected job.

2. In the Default stock for job window, tick the Stock Rate checkboxes of the rebar items that you wish to use the set Stock Rate. Then enter the default bundle sizes for the stock rate to apply.

3. Press the Save button and close the form.

Updating Rebar Cut/Bent and Complex Pricing.

1. Within the scheduler interface, select the Jobs button and select Job Details from the menu.

2. The job details will display, select the pricing/discounts tab

3. Enter the required per tonne rate for either Cut& Bent or Complex text box provided

 

If you enter a rate lower, then your set permissions. You will be notified of your discount rate. Select OK. The system will then prompt to enter a comment for your price change request.

4.  Once you have entered your comment, select OK this will send an email notification to a manager with the appropriate permissions to approve your request.

Assigning Rebar Products as a Complex Shape

1. In the Pricing/Discounts tab of the job form, press the ... button next to the Price P/T Complex Bend textbox to open the Define Complex Shapes form for the selected job

2. In the Define Complex Shapes window, tick the Complex checkboxes of the shapes that you wish to mark as complex shapes and if required, enter a customer per tonne rate.

3. Press the Save button and close the window.

Assigning Rebar, Mesh, Sundry and Building Products Discounts

Each Product Discounts window is slightly different; enter the discount rates in the Rate column of the items that you wish to set the discounts for.

Rebar

1. In the Pricing/Discounts tab of the job details window, select the Rebar tab.

A)  Press the ... button next to the Default Discount textbox to open the Rebar Discounts window for the selected job.

B)  The Product Discount window will open – Select the Rebar size you which to update the pricing for and amend it in the amount column

 

C) Then select save to update the pricing

Mesh

1. In the Pricing/Discounts tab of the job details window, select the Mesh/Sundries tab.

A)  Press the ... button next to the Default Discount textbox to open Mesh Product Discounts window for the selected job.

 

B)  The Product Discount window will open – Select the Mesh size you wish to update the pricing for and amend it in either the New Price PT column or the New Discount column.

C)  Then select apply changes

Sundries

1. In the Pricing/Discounts tab of the job details window, select the Mesh/Sundries tab.

A) Press the ... button next to the Default Discount textbox to open the Set Sundries Product Discounts window for the selected job.

B) Select the sundry code you which to update. Enter the discount into the New Discount Column to reprice the item. (You will need to get approval for the discount change. This is displayed with a Check mark in  Set Sundry Discounts Window.

C) Press the Save Changes button and close.

The scheduler will display the following popup windows 

1.Request  Price Change Window - Enter a comment providing the reasoning of the New Discount.

2. Discounts Saved - The scheduler displays that the  New discount is saved. (For this discount to be applied, they need to be approved by an authorised person.)

 

Custom Rebar Rates

Custom Rebar Rates, allow staff to allocate a custom per tonne price across either stock, cut and bent or complex rates. This function is also accessible, within the Pricing Revisions section of the scheduler.

If you cannot see the button mentioned below, it means you do not have permission to access this function – If you require access, contact the Bitberry Team.

1. In the Pricing/Discounts tab of the job details window, select the Rebar tab.

2. Navigate to Bar Rates

3. This will load the Custom Rebar Rates window

Within this section, you can view the rebar code, bar type (stock, cut and bent or complex), the original rate associated to the job and update the rate per tonne

4. To update the rate per tonne, select the rebar code and bar type

(Example below – N16 Complex)

5. Then enter in the new rate within the Rate PT column

6. Select, and Save Changes to apply the new pricing.

Note: The Reset Rate button will revert the price per tonne changes back to the original pricing for the selected job.
