Searching for a Job

By Customer

1. In the Scheduler main window, press the Search By... button and select Customer.

2. In the Find Customer window, search and select a customer you wish to view the jobs of by following below.
See our article Finding a Customer for instructions on using the Find Customer Window to look up customer accounts.

Advanced Search

1. In the Scheduler main window, press the Search By button and select Advanced.

2. In the Advanced Search window, press the advanced button to open the Advanced Find window.

3. In the Advanced Find window, tick the box to select how you want to search and enter the details within the search field.

4. Press the Find button to begin the search.

5. Select the job from the list and press the Use Selected button.

By Job Number

1. In the Scheduler main window, press the Search By button and select Job Number.

Alternatively, click on the Job# column header to search for a Job Number.

2. Enter the job number that you wish to use, and press enter.

By Job Schedule Number

1. In the Scheduler main window, press the Search By button and enter a Job Number.

Alternatively, click on the Schedule# column header to search for a Job Number/Schedule Number.

2. Enter the job number and schedule number that you wish to use, and press enter.
