Delivery/Pickup Requests


The delivery/pickup request function allows dispatch teams to view and assign purchase orders, transfers and credit collections to a manifest. Deliveries/Pickups are then allocated to a driver, giving them access to view the required information via the Oova App. Once a request has been completed drivers can mark the items as complete – or uncompleted, this will then be displayed in the manifest system.

Before you begin

Steps to follow

  1. In the Manifest Details Tab, if there are any delivery or pick up requests the Requests button will be outlined in purple and display the amount of requests required to be actioned. In the display below, there are 35 requests required to be actioned. 
  2. Click on the Requests button.


    Select a manifest and navigate to Add Item within the Run Items tab.

  3. Once selected, this will open the ‘Delivery / Pick-up Requests Window.’ Within this window credits, purchase orders and transfers will be listed.

  4. Filter the below by selecting the item type from the drop-down option. 
  5. Enter the required dates and select Refresh.
  6. The outstanding credits, purchase orders and transfers will be listed along with, the date the items are required, the item type (i.e., transfer, credit, PO), the chrome reference number, customer, address, whether the item is a pickup or delivery, who requested the item, the requested date, the uncompleted date, uncompleted reason and comments.
  7. Select the required item/s you wish to add to the manifest. 
  8. Right-click on the line item/s to view the menu subcategories.

    Menu Sub-Categories:

    • View Printout

      This will display a copy of either the Purchase Order, Transfer or Credits Good Pick up Form.

    • View Items

      This will display a breakdown of the products within the selected Purchase Order, Transfer or Credit.

    • View Address on Map

      This will open Google Map and display the address linked to the Purchase Order, Transfer or   Credit.

    • Add to Existing Manifest

      This will open the manifest list window, allowing you to add the Run Item to an existing Manifest.

    • Remove Requests

      This will remove the selected pick up/delivery request from the list.
