Ensure you Reserve the Device's IP Address on your Network

Once the BitScan device is configured and has been successfully connected to your required WIFI network, please follow your organisation's standard methods for reserving the device's allocated IP Address on your network.  This will ensure your device will maintain it's address in the event of a network reset.
