Registering an Account on the Bitberry Training Portal


To make the best use of your Bitberry solution, it's important that you and your staff are properly trained in it's use.  The Bitberry Training Portal system is available to provide On-Demand Training Services to you and your team 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.


Registering an Account

1. To register, first browse our Training Portal website at


2. Click the Login button at the top righthand corner of the page.


The Log In link from the Pop-out/Burger Menu if you're browsing on mobile.


3. From the Login Popup,  select Register an Account.

This will take you to the Registration Page.


4. Enter all the information requested on the Registration Page, then click Register.  Please Note: all these fields are mandatory.

If you have entered all information successfully, you will be redirected to your Profile page.



    Once you are registered in our Training Portal, you'll need to request access to the training courses you wish to take.  Please contact our support team by starting a conversation on our helpdesk.  The team will get you enrolled as soon as possible.
  • You may immediately receive an email asking you to Set your Password.  You shouldn't need to do this as you've already set your password during registration.
