Background
This knowledge base article will guide you on how to print four pages per sheet. This will mainly be used with standard office printers using A4 tag papers. The print can be done using applications like the Bundle Tags, Cut Optimise and Chrome Inventory.
Steps to Follow
- Just press the Windows button and type in Printers & scanners and select the Printers & scanners option from the Microsoft search menu.
- Select your printer from the Printers & scanners and click on the Manage button. This will open up a new window with further settings relating to the selected printer.
For this example, the Brother Printer (HL-L3230CDW) is selected.
- Click on the Printing Preferences option under the Printer Manage Window.

This will open the Printing Preferences popup window.

Use the following recommended settings for printer Layout in order to print four pages in one sheet collate printout. For this example, Brother and RICOH Printers are used.
PLEASE NOTE: Depending on the different printer models, the terminology used and the location of settings can differ.- Click the Layout option, and then select 4 pages per sheet. Please see the below examples of the different Layout Settings for different printers.
