How to Sign into Citrix Workspace

This knowledge base article provides a step-by-step guide on how to Sign into  Citrix Workspace.

Before You Begin

• Ensure Microsoft Authenticator setup is completed -See our article on Microsoft Authenticator Setup for more.
• Ensure Citrix Workspace is installed on your PC. See our article on How to Download and Install Citrix WorkSpace for more.

Steps to Follow

1. Click the Start or Windows button and type  Citrix Workspace into the search bar and select Citrix Workspace App from the list. This will open up the Citrix Workspace Application.
   
   
   
2. Enter the store URL in the Enter your Store URL or email address text box and click on the Continue button to proceed to the next step. This will open up the login window.
   
   PLEASE NOTE The best bar store URL : ( apps.bestbar.com.au  ).

   https://apps.bestbar.com.au/logon/LogonPoint/index.html
   
   
3. Enter your username and password and click on the Sign In button.
   PLEASE NOTE: 
   1. You must enter the word BESTBAR\Your_Username.
      
      
      
4. When prompted on your mobile device, click on the Approve button from your Microsft Authentication mobile application.
   
   
   
   
   
   Citrix Workspace will proceed you to the next steps after clicking on the  Approval button from your mobile device.
   
   
   
   Citrix Workspace will display this welcome screen after successful login into the Citrix Workspace Application.
   
5. Click on the APPS button on the top center of the Citrix Workspace to navigate to your applications page.
   
   
   
6. Now you are logged into Citrix, please make sure to log in to Elda (Chrome) system by clicking on the Login button.
