If this feature is enabled on your system, when closing a manifest that has not been 100% load scanned you will be prompted if you want to mark the manifest as complete.
Clicking Yes will prompt you with a list of items that have not been load scanned and confirmation if you want to mark these items as load scanned.
Press OK to mark the remaining items as load scanned.
