Background
ChromeInventory is used to create and manage transfers within the business as well as to and from third-party suppliers.
Before You Begin
- Ensure you are logged into Elda(Chrome). See our article Log in to an Elda Database for more.
- Ensure you access the ChromeInventory app in Elda(Chrome) Folder. See our article Getting Started with Chrome Inventory for more.
Steps to Follow
- Click on the downwards pointing arrow next to the New File button. Then select Stock Transfer from the drop-down list.
The Stock Transfer Window will open up. The Stock Transfer Window consists of two parts:- Transfer Details Section - Displays the details of the stock transfer.

Transfer Items Section - Displays the items included in the transfer.
- Type in the initial details for the transfer in the Transfer Details Section. For example, refer to the below details :

Please deliver before 1:00 p.m.
- Type in the item details for the transfer in the Transfer Items Section.
For Example, refer to below details :
Transfer Items SectionProduction Name SL92 Production Description SL92 Mesh Stock Number of Packs 2 Number of Pieces in Pack 50,000 Total Pieces 100,000

Click on the Save button from the right-hand side of the StockTransfer Window. ChromeInventory will open up the Status popup window.

Click on the OK button from the Status popup Window.
With a successful Stock Transfer created, ChromeInventory will generate a Reference Number for the stock transfer. -
