The Contact Details Tab
Once the product information and delivery details have been filled out, proceed to the Contact Details Tab. This tab allows staff to enter customer contact information or choose from pre-set customer information linked to the selected customer account.
For new customers, you can select the customer source, allowing you to track where most new customers are channelled from.
If required, you can also SMS a summary of the quote to the customer.
The phone number must be capable of receiving SMS text messages (ie. a mobile)
Ensure to save the quote once the contact information has been added.
