Background
When a delivery cannot be completed, dispatch teams can move it to a new manifest without having to issue a refund. This is done through the Oova App, where deliveries are marked as either ‘Delivered’ or ‘Not Delivered’. If a delivery is marked as not delivered, it will appear in the Manifest Details tab.
Before you begin
- Ensure you are logged into the Elda (Chrome) Manifests application. If you don't see Manifests in your available Elda (Chrome) shortcuts, you may need to request access to it. Please see our article on how to Request Access to an Elda Application.
- Ensure you are in the Manifest Details tab. See our Article Introduction to the Manifest Interface for more.
Steps to follow

Open the Manifest and proceed to the Manifest Details Tab – If there are any ‘Undelivered Orders’ the Un-delivered button will be outlined in purple and display the amount of undelivered orders. In the display below, 3 deliveries have been marked as ‘Undelivered’

Click on the ‘Undelivered #’ button to open the ‘Undelivered Deliveries’ screen.

Highlight the delivery, right-click and select whether to move/invoice or cancel the delivery from the options provided.
