Follow Ups Tab

The follow-ups tab allows staff to enter in a date in which to follow up with the customer on the supplied quote. By default the follow-up will be assigned to the staff creating the quote. If required, the follow-up person can be changed to someone else .  The system will prompt staff with an automated email reminding you to touch base with the customer on the date entered. 

If unsuccessful at securing the quote, tick the tender lost and select the tender lost drop-down option and reason in the required fields and add any additional comments.

Further, tender winners and tender lost reasons can be added or deleted from the drop-down options via the manage tender button. If you do not have access to this you will need to request access.
