Updating a Delivery Fee/Type within the Delivery Dockets window

Before you begin

  • Ensure you are logged into the Elda (Chrome) Manifests application. If you don't see Manifests in your available Elda (Chrome) shortcuts, you may need to request access to it. Please see our article on how to Request Access to an Elda Application.
  • Ensure you are in the Manifest Details tab. See our Article Introduction to the Manifest Interface for more.
  • Delivery dockets can only be printed once the schedules within the selected manifest have been allocated to a manifest run. See our article on Adding Schedules to a Manifest for more.

Steps to follow

  1. Select the Manifest which you’d like to print the delivery dockets for by clicking the grey box next to the manifest.

For help locating an existing manifest, see our article on Finding an Existing Manifest.

  2. In the Manifest system, press the Delivery Dockets button to open the Print Delivery Dockets window.

  3. Once opened, navigate to the Delivery Type column.

You may need to expand the width of the columns, as it could be hidden.

  4. Click within the column and select the drop-down arrow for the selected delivery docket.
  5. This will open the ‘Update Delivery Fee’ Window - Within the window you will be able to view the schedules attached to the delivery.
  6. To update the delivery type for the schedules, click the drop-down option within the ‘New Delivery Type’. From the list, select the delivery type you wish allocate to the schedules.

  7. Then if required, update the delivery fee amount.

This will allocate a combined delivery charge across the schedules.

  8. Select Update to apply the changes. Before the changes are applied, you will be prompted to confirm the update to the schedules. Select OK.

  9. You will be notified the changes have been applied.

  10. The changes will be reflected within the window.

  11. Proceed to close the window to navigate back to the ‘Print Delivery Docket’ window, where the changes will also be reflected.
