Assigning or Changing the Driver for a Delivery

Before you begin

• Ensure you can access your company's version of Thimbl (you may know it as ReoNet or FoamHub).
• Thimbl is accessible anywhere via your web browser of choice.
• See our article Accessing the Delivery Management Screen for more information.

Steps to follow

If a delivery is not yet completed, you can change the driver assigned to the delivery by selecting the Edit option for the driver field of the delivery.

This will bring up a drop-down list of available drivers. Select the required driver and then Save. 

This will assign the delivery to that driver and it will now appear in their Oova application.

PLEASE NOTE: Only drivers with Thimbl accounts can be assigned to deliveries in Thimbl. To change the delivery to a driver without a Thimbl account, you will need to use the Elda Manifests application.
