Job Notes tab in Scheduler

Before you begin

  • Ensure you are logged into the Elda (Chrome) Scheduler application. See our article Getting Started with Scheduler for more.
  • The job details form is open. See our linked article for the steps on how to open job details.
  • Navigate to the notes tab.

Adding Job Notes

1. Right click on the table and click Add Job Note.

2. You can assign a user to follow up the note, a date to follow-up by and a note.

Click the Save Button. An email notification will be sent to the follow-up user to action.

Editing Job Notes

Note - Only notes that have been created by you can be edited.

1. Double click on the row you need to edit.

2. You are allowed to update the follow-up by date and the note. Click the Save button.

Deleting Job Notes

Note - You can only delete notes created by you and have not been finalised.

1. Select and right-click on the note you wish to delete. Click on Delete Note.

2. Click Yes when prompted.


Finalising Job Notes

Note - You can finalise notes that have been assigned to you.

1. Double click to open a note assigned to you

2. Click on the Finalise checkbox and click Save.
