A basic guide on how to set up Citrix Workspace for remote work with Elda.
Instructions
Citrix Workspace/Chrome step-by-step guide:
- First, you will need to download Citrix Workspace from this link:
- Workspace Download (for Windows 10)
- Workspace Download (for Windows 7)
- Once downloaded, follow through the setup prompts.
- When the setup is complete click the “Add Account” Button.
- Once in the Add Account tab please enter the address provided then click “Continue”:
- The only account we support is Citrix so please copy and paste this account and then click Continue: citrix.elda.com.au
- If you are moving PC and need Citrix reinstalled, you can check this by logging into Citrix on your old PC and clicking the Accounts button.
- It will bring either one of these accounts. If it has a tick next to it means you are using that account. If the old Citrix account is still in this area, please select it and click Remove
- The only account we support is Citrix so please copy and paste this account and then click Continue: citrix.elda.com.au
- Once this account has been added, please enter the login credentials provided by the Bitberry team.
a. Make sure to have elda\ in front of your username eg. elda\JohnD - On your first login, you will not have any apps saved to your Citrix Receiver home screen. To add them you need to use the hotkey ALT+ A or click the plus symbol and add the apps you require.
- When the required apps (Eg. Scheduler, Estimates, Login) are added please make sure to log in to our Reosteel Eldasystem.
- Once the login screen appears please type in your Reosteel Elda username, password
- From here you can now access our Reosteesl Elda system through Citrix Workspace.
