Managing Additional Phone Calls while on a Current Call

This knowledge base article provides steps to enable sending secondary calls to voicemail, allowing us to finish the first call and follow up later.

Before You Begin

• Ensure you have an Office 365 account.
• Ensure you have Microsoft Teams opened and logged into on your computer. See our article How to Install Microsoft Office if you don't have Teams.

Steps to Follow

1. Click on the three dots next to your initials in the top-right corner of the app.
   
2. Click on the Settings option. This will open up the Settings Window.
   
   
   
3. Click on the Calls option from the Settings window.
   
   
   
4. Select the Redirect to voicemail option from the When you cant answer a call setting.
   
5. Make a test call to confirm if the second  call is going into voice mail.
