Background
Team members use the scan function of the printer to do one of two things.
- Scan documents and email the files to themselves
- Scan documents and save the files on the network drive
Before You Begin
- Gather the following information about the team member
Steps to Follow
- Click the link to login Westview Office Printer. (By clicking link will open Printer home page)

Navigate to Store Address in left pane.

Click New Registration.

Use the following values:
Fields Value Search from Function E-mail No. Use opening number Name Use the naming convention Index Choose where the initial of your first name falls. Main Enabled Email Address Westview email address -
Click OK.
