Printer Side Settings for Printing Tags

Background

This article demonstrates how to set up a Tag printer.

Steps to follow

1. Remove the Auto detection from the Admin side in the Printer.  
   
   1. Click on the Utility Button
      
   2. Click on the Administrator Button
      
   3. Enter the Admin Password (Please contact a Bitberry Team Member over the Helpdesk Line: 1800248237)
      
   4. Click on the System Settings button
      
   5. Scroll down and click on the Paper type auto detection settings 
      
   6. Toggle off the Paper type auto detection settings
      
2. Set Tay 01 to print only tag paper.
   1. Select the Basic Style button from the homepage. 
      
      
      
   2. Scroll and Click on the Paper button.
      
      
      
   3. Select Tray 1 to make the changes for Tag Paper Printing.
      
      
      
   4. From the  Paper Size Tab please make the following changes.
      1. The Auto Detect option - This needs to be turned off.
         
         
      2. Select the A4 option from the left side. 
         
         
         
   5. From the Paper Type Tab please make the below changes.  
      1. Select the paper option named Thick3 210-258g/ml. Now click on the OK button.
         
   6. Tay 1 now displays as below
      
3. Make the Current Printer Settings Default  
   1. Go back to the HomePage. Then click on the Utility button
      
      
      
   2. Click on the Utility button again from the top row.
      
   3. Click on Copier Settings. 
      
   4. Click on  Basic Settings. Then change the Default Copy Settings to Current Settings.
