To mark a product as loaded, tap on an item to open the tag sheet, then select Load. This confirms the product has been placed on the truck and automatically updates the product details and the colour allocation to green as previously mentioned.
Alternatively, you can use your device to scan the product's barcode, which will also load the item and update the system accordingly.
If an item needs to be unloaded due to a delivery change or packing error, go back to the Manifest page and select the relevant job. Then, tap the filter icon at the top right of the screen, by default, loaded items are hidden.
Enable Show Loaded to reveal all previously loaded items. From there, return to the Tag Page and select Unload. This action will mark the item as unfulfilled and remove it from the truck.
Back Orders
As shown below, all tags may be marked as fulfilled even if the total loaded quantity differs from the original order. This is because loading progress is tracked based on tags loaded, not the total quantity.
Any discrepancy in quantity typically indicates a insufficient stock. In such cases, the remaining quantity should will need to be backordered, to be produced and delivered at a later date.
To trigger a backorder, return to the Tag Page within the app and edit the Quantity Loaded to reflect the actual amount loaded. Once you confirm the update, the system will register the change and notify the Manifest Team that a backorder is required.
